'Mindful Art' is a type of therapeutic technique rooted in the idea that creative expression can foster
mental well-being. Art is also known as an expressive therapy, it can be used as a means of communication and allows people to express and explore their thoughts and emotions.
With that in mind our adult art classes are designed to not only help you to develop and grow your art skills but to also help with your general well-being.
Since opening our doors in January, we've been having a great time in our adult groups at Papercourt Studio, learning new skills and techniques. Classes are growing in numbers,with reports that members are truly loving their 'time out' of the everyday drudgery, to be creative and have time to 'switch off'.
